Joseph John Wandler
It is with profound sadness that the family of Joseph John Wandler announces his peaceful passing with family by his side, on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Cold Lake, Alberta at the age of 91 years.
Joseph is lovingly survived by his wife of 64 years: Cecilia Wandler of Cold Lake, AB; five children: Karen (Terry) Onstine of Onoway, AB, Shirley (Dana) Perepelecta of Vilna, AB, Linda (Randy) Blackwell of Cold Lake, AB, Delores (Harold) Hewlett of Pierceland, SK, Kevin (Mary) Wandler of Cold Lake, AB; ten grandchildren: Trish, Tina, Sherry (Dave), Trevor (Terri), Dustin (Katheryn), Logan (Colleen), Lance, Travis (Jessica), Chantelle (Kyle), Krystal May (Brent); eleven great grandchildren: Laila, Joseph, Breyer, Jaxon, Skylar, Reagan, Rylan, Mataya, Paxton, Scarlett, Troy; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Joseph was predeceased by his parents: Albert & Margaret Wandler; eleven siblings: Peter Wandler, Paul Wandler, Tony Wandler, Josephine Kohlruss, Katie Schlosser, Betty Wandler, Ann Nakay, Minnie Lanze, Eileen Martin, Ralph Wandler, Jack Wandler.
Mass of Christian Burial, Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Dominic Roman Catholic Church, Cold Lake, Alberta with Father Limneo Zamora as celebrant. Pallbearers: Trevor Lucas, Dustin Perepelecta, Logan Doonanco, Lance Doonanco, Travis Hewlett, Joseph MacEachern, Kyle Dumont. Final resting place, St. Dominic Roman Catholic Cemetery, Cold Lake, AB.
