Sadly, after a short battle with cancer, Audrey passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017 at the Cold Lake Health Centre Palliative Care, at the age of 73. She passed quietly in her sleep with family by her side.
Audrey will be missed and lovingly remembered by her son Mike (Wendy) Ray of Cold Lake, granddaughters Kaeli and Brianna of Cold Lake, as well as numerous brothers and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends from across the country.
She was predeceased by her husband Gord Ray, her parents Herb and Carrie Davis, her sister Ellen (Cy) Vint and her two brothers Doug (Joyce) Davis and Lloyd (Marlene) Davis.
Audrey did not wish to have a formal funeral service but instead chose to have a small family gathering to spread her ashes at Mount Pleasant cemetery in Bancroft ON.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Cold Lake Health Centre Palliative Care for taking such great care of Audrey in her last days. They also extend their gratitude to Memento Funeral Chapel for all their guidance and support through such a difficult time.
