The family of Rodger Leo Poirier of Cold Lake, Alberta is saddened to announce his unexpected passing on Saturday, November 18, 2017.
Rodger will be forever remembered and loved by his parents: Leo & Cecile Poirier; two daughters: Mandi (Jered) Skogen, Kirsten (Jarod) Gaucher; four grandchildren: Christian & Hailey Skogen, Landon & Logan Gaucher all of Cold Lake, AB; three siblings: Judy (Ed) Truhn of Lloydminster, AB, Roy (Freda) Poirier of Barrie, ON; Tammy Feduniak (Russell Schiller) of Cold Lake, AB; good friend: Darrel Drouin of St. Paul, AB; as well as numerous nieces, nephews & other relatives.
Rodger was predeceased by his sister: Debra Poirier; paternal grandparents: Philippe & Pearl Delhia Poirier; maternal grandmother: Stephania Heartt.
Service of Remembrance, Friday, November 24, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., Memento Funeral Chapel, Cold Lake, Alberta with Pastor Frank Poirier officiating. Final resting place, St. Dominic Roman Catholic Cemetery, Cold Lake, AB.
